We provide up to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time for all commercial flight arrivals, counted from the actual landing time (not the scheduled time). For private FBO jet arrivals, we include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time. For local residential or office pickups, we provide a 15-minute free waiting window. Additional wait time is billed at $1 per minute.

Absolutely. Our hourly chauffeur hire service allows you to reserve your luxury vehicle by the hour (minimum 2-hour booking) with as many stops as needed. This is ideal for corporate roadshows, investor meeting days, wine country tours, and special events. Your chauffeur stays with you for the entire booking period.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one hour of the booked service. No-shows without prior notification are charged the full trip rate.
